Visual Refresh

 Updating the look and feel of your website from time to time is a good way to suggest having an active career, and is also sometimes necessary to accommodate new artwork associated with visual rebranding, an updated press package, and/or a new album you wish to promote. The costs of this redesign depend on the intended scope. Please for a quote!

Store

 Installation of the NetMusician store includes a global shopping cart display available on every page of your site, checkout form, and payment processing through PayPal. The NetMusician store is integrated with your entire site so that you can insert “add to cart” buttons anywhere on your site, and the appearance of all of the controls can be tailored to suit the look of your site. The basic store install costs $100 for a modest inventory which you can manage within the NetMusician Webkit, in addition to several configuration options. Having us input your store’s inventory costs extra, depending on the size of your inventory, as do any customizations needed for your store. Currently “digital downloads” (i.e. the ability to purchase individual tracks from your CDs, or selling downloadable PDFs that are only available post-purchase) also costs extra.

Events Calendar

 The Events Calendar has a text-only and graphical display. The install of the text-only display costs $50, the graphical display $100. The graphical display supports inserting graphics into calendar cells, including graphics that span across multiple cells!

Photo Gallery

 Installation of the NetMusician photo gallery costs $25. These galleries are managed by the NetMusician Webkit.

Blog/News Pages

 A WordPress driven blog or set of news pages costs $100. This cost covers the definition of various visual styles, and integrating these pages within your site. This cost also includes a searchable news archive page where your older content can be accessed, comments forms where visitors can leave comments relating to stories and/or blogs posts, as well as a sidebar displaying your most recent news stories. These aforementioned components are optional, if you decide that you do not wish to feature these on your site your total cost will be discounted. Additionally, several other features typically found within blogs and news pages are available, including integration support for Google Friend Connect. Additionally, Facebook Connect (see below) is a great way to help promote and drive traffic to your blog and/or site. Please with questions!

Twitter Feed

 Your Twitter posts can be displayed on your site in a variety of different implementations and customizable options, including the display of your latest status. This is a fantastic way to tell your visitors precisely where you are at and/or what you are working on. The display of a simple Twitter status update costs $25. Please with questions about how you might like to integrate Twitter with your site!
Allow your viewers to “tweet” and/or “retweet” your news to their personal Twitter feeds. This service is a great way to expose your latest news to the world of Twitter! If you are unclear as to how this works, please visit our blog and check out the “retweet” buttons for a live example. Installation of this or any of the Twitter and Facebook related widgets together cost under $25.

Facebook Connect

 Include icons on your site that allow visitors to easily share or “like” pages they like on your site with their Facebook friends via their Facebook walls. If you are unclear as to how this works, please visit our blog and check out the “share” and “like” buttons for a live example. Installation of this or any of the Twitter and Facebook related widgets together cost under $25.

Media Player

 Installation of a global, or single page media player for playing your music on your site is available for $100. This player includes the ability to have your music playing uninterrupted on every page of your site (even as your visitors navigate between pages of your site), and a widget which allows your visitors to select which track they wish to listen to. The appearance of both the track selector and the player itself will be customized to suit the look and feel of your site.

Mailing List

 Installation and setup of a CAN-SPAM compliant mailing list system you can use to allow your visitors to subscribe and unsubscribe from your mailing list through your site is available for $50, providing that the list will consist of individuals and groups that have opted in to your list.

Email Newsletter

 If you are interested in sending out emails to your NetMusician mailing list that include graphics, perhaps look like a page of your website, we can design your email templates that you can use as the basis of each subsequent newsletter for $200. This cost includes design and testing of this template in all major email systems (e.g. GMail, Hotmail, Yahoo, Microsoft Outlook, OS X Mail, Mozilla Thunderbird, Microsoft Entourage, etc.). Once your template has been designed you can send out new emails to your list using this graphical template using the “Mailman HTML Mailer” NetMusician Webkit module. This service requires that you have your NetMusician mailing list setup, including hooks on your website for automated subscription and unsubscription, and it also requires that your list consists of individuals and groups that have opted in to your list.

Press Kit

 Since there are any number of ways to present your press kit to your visitors, the costs of this service varies. Typically, what musicians and artists often provide on this page is high-resolution photo downloads, as well as other downloadable content and information. This is all supported in a variety of presentation styles. Please for more information.

Contact Forms

 An elegant drop down sheet, or separate page with a form for contacting you through your site can be setup and installed for $25. This system does not expose your actual email address which can be found by spam harvesters, and it supports the ability to use this same form for emailing multiple email addresses. In the case of the drop down sheet, links which invoke this can be easily placed anywhere on your site, and visitors do not have to leave the page they are on in order to contact you!

Rotating Content

 If you are interested in rotating clickable pictures, headlines, stories, or other content on various pages of your site please contact us for a quote for the implementation and style you desire. This rotating content features elegant cross-fades between each item in the rotation, the ability to highlight a clickable region within an image, and navigation control to allow visitors to move between items in the rotation. This technique is commonly employed as the centerpiece on the homepage of a number of websites of big businesses.

Downloadable Content

 If you wish to host various files and other content you wish for your visitors to be able to easily download to their computers, please for a quote!

Navigation Menus

 Elegant, animated drop down navigation menus that allow your visitors to navigate to subsections of main section headings within your site can be installed for $25. These menus will be adapted to suit the look and feel of your overall site design.

Comment Form

 A simple form where visitors can leave comments for you within various pages of your site (including individual news stories or blog postings) can be installed for $25.

Site Search Tool

 If you wish for your visitors to be able to search various pages or sections of your site, please to discuss this implementation!
